Bonne année! Join us for a memorable night filled with joy and flavour as we celebrate the arrival of 2025 with the best of French cuisine.
Start your evening with Appellation oysters with finger lime and mustard fruit, followed by a first course of seared scallops paired with lardo and stonefruit. For the second course, enjoy lightly smoked Ora King salmon, and savour the rich flavours of Wagyu rostbiff served with Provencal stuffed tomato. Upgrade to another course with our dry-aged Loddon Farm duck. For the finale, finish off the year with our chocolate soufflé tart!
Pre order a flute of Champagne and our famous Oeuf caviar treat on arrival to get the festivities started. Dietaries can be accommodated.
