Soirée Truffe
For one night only, the kitchen gives itself over to one ingredient - la truffe.
Truffle season is brief, and our kitchen takes it seriously. Our annual truffle dinner is a single-minded celebration of the ingredient at its peak — worked through every course. The menu consists of four courses, starting with snacks and finishing with petit fours. Each one a different expression of the same obsession.
