Join us at Smith St Bistrot for a celebration of truffles. Reserve your place now for a French culinary experience where shared tables and refined flavours converge in perfect harmony. From decadent gruyere to a chicken 'demi deuil' with truffle and pine mushroom to a quince tart tatin adorned with truffle and more, there's no shortage of the season's treats. We're joined by truffle experts Flinders Truffles to learn about the nuances of the coveted delicacies first-hand.
