Taste the Tour De France

The Tour de France is more than just a race; it's a celebration of endurance, spirit, and the breathtaking beauty of the regions it passes through. The Tour has become a symbol of perseverance and a showcase of the diverse landscapes and cultures of Europe. At Smith St Bistrot, we pay homage to this grand tradition, bringing a piece of this iconic event to Collingwood in our other-worldy private dining room, ‘La Vie En Rose’.

This will be the first Grand Départ in Italy and the 26th that’s taken place abroad. Due to the Olympic Games taking place in Paris, the race will not finish in the French capital for the first time and our menu reflects the diverse and rich culinary heritage encountered along the race. From the robust flavours of Italy and the traditional dishes of San Marino to the refined tastes of Monaco, each course is a tribute to the regions that make the Tour de France a gruelling yet magnificent journey.
