Our inaugural SSB ‘dîners aux truffes’ are now live! Join us at the bistrot for a four-course truffle feast with truffle four ways; truffle cream, shaved truffle, truffle Duxelles and truffle diplomat. Sommelier Clint Fox has curated a matched wine option, $65pp.
Truffle-devoted suppliers Friend & Burrell will make a special appearance on the night, imparting a mere shaving of their immense truffle knowledge on our guests.
